- Orders are shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days of purchase. If you would like tracking info, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to look that up and provide you with that information.
- Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. It is a felony to mark an item as a gift on customs forms if it is not, in fact, a gift. Please do not ask me to break the law.
- We do offer combined shipping within our shipping profile. In order to take advantage of our combined shipping, you must purchase all items in the same transaction. Unfortunately, I can not combine shipping if you have purchased several items seperately as it takes hours to sift through all the requests and figure out which items need to be refunded and/or shipped together. Thank you for your understanding.
- I only accept PayPal at this time.
- Please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be issued for items returned within 10 days of receipt.
- All returns that are caused due to my error will result in a 100% refund.
- Returns for any other reason will result in a refund of item price only minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns must be made in the same condition you received them with all original packaging.
- Returns lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded, so please package them carefully.
- Please provide me with a tracking number and include your name and order number in the package so I know who to refund.
- Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
- If you change your mind about a purchase and would like to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund minus a 3% restocking fee (new due to changes with our payment processor). All other cancellations will fall under our return policy and be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
